This incredibly beautiful girl with the sweet smile and huge personality is Raven! She's a 4 year old Bully mix who's spayed, current on her vaccinations, is house trained & crate trained and doesn't mind hanging out in a crate. She's a little picky about her friends and prefers males that are her size, she shouldn't be around cats and she likes older kids who are calm. Raven was rescued from a hoarding situation in Texas and hasn't had much stability in her life so she's looking for a Foster Home or Forever Home that will love her for all of her goofy quirks and be there for her no matter what.
Raven is quite a character and has a huge personality that you can't help but love! She has three things on her mind - sleep, food & love. That's all she wants and she's happy when she gets them! She's the biggest, goofiest love bug we've ever met! She's full of sweetness, loves cuddling and daily belly rubs make her the happiest girl around! This silly gal has the most adorable way of collapsing at people's feet that makes them laugh and give her attention - which was her plan from the start! You can't help but smile when she's around! She's very easy to love, especially when she looks at you with her beautiful eyes, they have a way of touching your heart, and her big smile will make your day so much better! Her coat is beautiful, she has a white tux and some white on her feet and on the top of her nose is a little patch of white that just asks to be kissed! She also has goofy ears, one will stick straight up, the other will flop over, and when you combine that with her big smile, personality and beautiful eyes, she's pretty irresistible!
Laid-back with a very low energy level, Raven would sleep all day if she could! She's a couch potato who would be happiest in a calm home where she can lounge around, snuggle, play with her toys, chew on bones and spend time with her people. She's not the type of dog who wants to learn a bunch of commands or tricks, she's too mellow for that. She loves her treats & chewies but doesn't like sharing them with other dogs. She will not have a bowel movement while she's on a leash so her Forever Home must have a yard. And, sometimes she has an occasional accident in the house or crate. We believe these things are results from the hoarding situation she came from, which was followed by temporary Foster Homes, causing inconsistencies in her life. We believe once she has a stable home life, she'll catch on. She's been staying at a daycare center we work with and she hasn't had any accidents there! She loves it there and is like a mother hen with the dogs, thinking she's in charge and bossing the dogs around, if needed. It's pretty funny to watch her in action. She'll definitely add a lot of joy to her Forever Home!
Raven walks nicely on a leash and will pull if she sees something that piques her interest. She tires easily so her walks don't last more than 5 minutes. She loves going for car rides, her favorite spot to sit is the passenger seat so she can be next to her person, look out the window and smile as people pass by, her cute little tongue sticking out! She enjoys going out, especially to toy stores so she can pick out her own toys, and with that personality, she makes friends wherever she goes!
